At QuestKids, we do everything we can to deliver your orders quickly and reliably.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Order cutoff time is 23:00 CEST.
Delivery times
Once shipped, orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 8–13 business days. All estimates apply to business days only (Monday through Friday).
Carrier
We ship via YunExpress to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph both the product and its packaging and email the photos to Contact@eduquestkids.com within 7 days of delivery. We cannot process a replacement or refund without photographic proof of damage.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Taxes
All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes. There are no additional charges at checkout.
Exceptions
We cannot guarantee delivery times in cases beyond our control, including customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. In such situations, we will notify you promptly with an updated estimated delivery time.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
