Refund policy
At QuestKids, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to request a return — step by step
- Email Contact@eduquestkids.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a tracked method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Specific scenarios
Change of mind: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty or defective item: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund. If confirmed defective, we will cover all costs and arrange a full refund or replacement at no charge to you.
Damaged goods: Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, photograph both the product and packaging and email the photos to Contact@eduquestkids.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement. No need to return the damaged item.
Wrong item received: Contact us immediately with a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item at our expense and arrange collection of the wrong item.
Item never arrived: If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact Contact@eduquestkids.com to initiate. No restocking fees are charged.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, if your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may still be requested but will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs already incurred. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Contact@eduquestkids.com and are only effective once confirmed by our team.
Refund method and timeline
All approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we confirm the refund on our end, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. We reserve the right to withhold refunds until returned goods have been received and verified.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Policy updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
